Are you looking for supervision that values strong, trusting working relationships and a safe, supportive space to reflect on your practice?
I offer integrative–relational supervision informed by the Hawkins & Shohet 7-Eyed Model of Supervision. My approach attends to the normative, formative and restorative functions of supervision — supporting ethical and reflective practice, ongoing learning, and practitioner wellbeing in line with BACP guidance.
Grounded in ethical integrity, empathy and professional competence, I balance support with thoughtful challenge, shaping supervision around what each counsellor needs to support their work with clients.

Attending to ethical and safeguarding responsibilities, standards and professional accountability.
Developing skills, insight and confidence through reflective practice and ongoing professional growth.
A containing space to process the emotional impact of the work and protect practitioner wellbeing.
I aim to provide a collaborative and containing space in which all aspects of client work can be explored safely and thoughtfully — encouraging reflective practice, confidence, self-awareness and integrity in therapeutic practice.
